  2. You full synopsis. This means spoilers too!
  3. Your first chapter.
Author eligibility : Open to all.
Reprints : Not allowed (except for Collections).
Simultaneous Submissions : Please let us know if you are submitting to other publishers. 
Co-authored works : Allowed.
